Travis was amazing to work with. He was patient, kind and about as easy-going as any salesperson could ever be. He was ridiculously available to us as we labored through the incredibly difficult Fort Collins housing market. He showed homes at times that fit our schedule and never had any agenda other than to help my wife and I find a property that we would love. Buying a house is a labor-intensive process for the buyer and the agent doesn't make a cent until the deal is fully closed...this never seemed to be a problem for Travis as he cared only about us and our process. What can I say... Travis is awesome. The guy knows what's up with the market and what's happening in NorCO. He was helpful in explaining all of the steps in the process of our purchase. He didn't waste my time trying to show me houses that weren't meeting my criteria. He helped me to understand more of the VA loan requirements that we were subject to, and what to expect in our appraisal process. He recommended several inspectors for me to use as well. He is very personable and you can tell he loves his job. I can't say enough good things about him. He's just a super guy and I highly recommend him if you are looking for an agent.

Oh, my goodness. Working with Travis was absolutely fantastic. I had NO idea what to expect going into the process, I felt like I was kind of flying by the seat of pants. Travis did a great job of not only walking us through each step, but also never made us feel inadequate for being real estate newbies.
