He did many things other realtors have not done for me such as that he did all the work to find reputable contractors and gather offers for the potential repairs I wanted the sellers to perform on the home as part of the purchase negotiations. For the few things I needed to do, he gave me a step by step instruction email on what I needed to do before closing. He was not pushy and took the time to really listen to what I wanted and what my goals were which made me feel he really had MY best interest at heart. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home.
