I wish I could give Travis 100 stars. This isn't my first time buying a home, but it is my first time enjoying buying a home. If you want a real estate agent who has your back, who you feel like is really working for you, is knowledgeable, professional, effective, and efficient-- then Travis is your guy. Travis was always one step ahead. He made the process smooth and was very effective in negotiations and ensuring that the process went smoothly. He went above and beyond on several occasions. He even personally helped us with an issue after we had closed when he really didn't have any obligation to. Travis is truly dedicated to his work and his clients and I would highly recommend him. My experience with Travis was excellent in every respect. He was always available to see properties and/or answer questions on short notice. He covered every step of the home buying process clearly and thoroughly. Most importantly, as challenges occurred he was supportive every step of the way. Since the closing, he has continued to help by providing ancillary services (e.g., contacts for electrical work, etc.). Travis is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. He really goes beyond just "selling you a house". He is open and honest about house values and is well versed in the real estate market. Once under contract he will help you find contractors, electricians, landscaping, inspectors, etc. He has a lot of connections and they all seem to do quality work.
