Colorado Foothills

For many, the draw to Colorado lies in the mountains and associated recreation. Northern Colorado has multiple areas to live and play not far from town. Livermore, Bellvue, Red Feather Lakes, Masonville, and other smaller mountain communities are easily commutable to Fort Collins and Loveland yet give one the opportunity to live the mountain lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Poudre River offers many recreation opportunities and is the most direct route from our area to Steamboat Springs for skiing, mountain biking, and hot springs.
